1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
Through the inquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), estimated check-in date, number of guests and your message. When you visit the website, your IP address and basic browser data are processed by the services described in section 5.
3. Why we use your data, and on what basis
We use the form data only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a booking. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, once you ask about a stay, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Who receives your data
Only the providers we need to run the form and the website: Cloudflare (web hosting and email forwarding) and Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC), the service that delivers the contents of the inquiry form to us by email. The form protects itself against spam with a hidden trap field and a simple security question; no third-party spam service is used.
5. Other services used on this website
Your browser connects directly to these providers when you open the page, so they receive your IP address: Google Maps (location map), Google Fonts, Open-Meteo (live weather), and content delivery networks for design and icon files (Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by law.
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how the website is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). It sets cookies in your browser and sends this data, with your IP address anonymised, to Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
6. How long we keep your data
Inquiries are kept for [retention period, e.g. 12 months] after our last contact, unless a booking is made. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax and accounting purposes).
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use, a copy in a portable format, or object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or to the authority in your own country.
